Please submit your weight and goal-setting activity before Noon on Saturday during the following weeks:

 

Initial Weigh-in #1: May 1 - 5

Weigh-in #2: May 13 - 19

Weigh-in #3: June 3 - 9

Weigh-in #4: June 24 - 30

Final weigh-in #5: July 15 - 21

 
*Follow the link provided in your weekly email.  Optional private weigh-ins will be available during open hours with Ashley, your Mercy Wellness Coach, at the Cedar Rapids Corporate office during weigh-in weeks.
